The central control platform

FLEET CONTROL MONITOR (FCM) is a software platform for the controlling and monitoring of all vehicle
management processes – from Infleet to Remarketing.

The system is web-based and requires no installation. Access is password controlled.

The system manages the processes for customers and service providers based on a defined worklflow.

Tasks are generated by the system with a configured workflow and are communicated internally or externally if necessary.

Numerous process participants, customers and 3rd party service providers are connected directly via interfaces to the system. Monitoring and managing is being carried out in „real time“.
